George Brough Gregory Window.
This window was dedicated on January 17th, 1902 in memory of Mr. G. B. Gregory.
From the parish Magazine:
"Mrs Gregory has erected a splendid West window in our dear old Parish Church to the memory of her late husband, who for many years was such a loyal friend and helper of the Church.
The window represents the Resurrection of Christ, and for boldness of execution, excellence of drawing and loverly colouring, is said to be one of the finest windows in the county.
The word has been so well done by Messrs. F. Meyer, of London and Munich, who were also employed to give us our beautiful East window to the memory of the Rev. F. Corfield. Mrs. Gregory has had placed a most handsome marble and alabaster tablet on the walls of the Tower, stating that the window has been erected to the memory of her husband.
These gifts to our Church were dedicated to God by the Rector at a special service held on January 17th."
